NSCN-IM talks in Amsterdam from June 20

Kohima, June 7 (UNI) The next round of talks between the Centre and the NSCN-IM would be held in Amsterdam on June 20 and 21.

According to sources here today, the two-day talks would discuss ''substantive issues'', including the extension of the ongoing ceasefire between both the parties.

The proposed meeting is part of the agreement between the two sides to meet frequently till a decision is taken on the extension of the ceasefire.

The NSCN-IM delegation would be led by its Chairman Isak Chishi Swu and General Secretary Th. Muivah.

The Central team would be led by Union Minister Oscar Fernandes.

Centre's interlocutor K. Padmanabhaiah would assist Mr Fernandes.
