Kerala to give land for Aircraft maintenance unit
Thiruvananthapuram, Jun 7 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan today said the state government will provide 15 acres of land for Air India's aircraft maintenance unit to be set up here.
After a meeting with Air India managing director V Thulasidas here, the Chief Minister told reporters that the government would have discussions with all concerned and hoped to arrive at a decision soon.
He said the government would do everything possible for setting up the maintenance unit here.
The total investment for the Unit was estimated at Rs 50 crore, he said.
