Ajmer, June 7 (UNI) A fast track court today could not release on bail four of the five people accused in the Japanese tourist rape case as the bail guarantors failed to appear in the court today.

The Rajasthan High Court yesterday ordered the release on bail of the four accomplices of the main accused Babloo in the case.

However, the Fast Track court in Ajmer could not release Babloo's mother Roshni, his brother Raju and friends Sanjay and Shahi as defense counsel S N Sharma said the guarantors could not be present in the court.

The Japanese woman had accused Babloo of raping her in Pushkar and duping her of Rs 54,000. Her aide in Agra, Zaid Khan, who had reportedly helped her fax the complaint to the police, was arrested by the Ajmer police yesterday in a case related to murder.

Zaid, said to be history-sheeter in Agra, was arrested after he appeared in the court in the Japanese tourist rape case in Ajmer.
