Five GRP men injured in accident in Bengal

Barasat, Jun 7(UNI) Five Government Railway Police personnel were injured in an accident at Guma, under Habra Police Station, in north 24 Paraganas early this morning.

Official sources said the accident occurred at 3.30 hours when a jeep carrying the policemen fell into a canal injuring all of them, including the driver.

The team was on a night raid in the area.

The injured, including a sub-inspector, was admitted to the Habra General State Hospital. They were referred to the city police hospital today.
