President A P J Abdul Kalam arrives on a two-day visit to Karnataka

Bangalore, June 5 (UNI) President A P J Abdul Kalam arrived here tonight on a two-day visit to Karnataka.

The Karnataka Governor T N Chaturvedi, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy and other senior officials who have present at the airport have received the visiting dignigory with warm welcome.

During the stay the President would participate in various programmes in the city tomorrow including IBM organised Innovation and leadership forum, the 37th All India Police Science Congress and also dedicate India's first monoclonal antibody BioMab EGFR to the nation after overnight stayy in Raj Bhavan.

The President will be leaving for New Delhi in the evening.
