Prajay Techno Park offers space and facilities for IT firms

Hyderabad, Jun 5 (UNI) Prajay Engineers today announced commencement of work on 'Prajay Techno Park' its state-of-the-art Information Technology Special Economic zone (SEZ), in Nacharam, here, by July.

According to a company release, the capital outlay for the IT Park would be around Rs 2200 million, with an estimated revenue of Rs 4150 million. The company aimed at a net profit of Rs 950 million within the next 30 months.

The IT Park would have over 1.35 million sq ft of built up space and would offer plug-and-play to IT companies with latest facilities.

The project was part of major proposed development plan over 18 million square feet in the next three years. Two five star hotels and a golf course in Hyderabad, a five star deluxe resort in Goa and a few business class hotels were other highlights.

Prajay's development activity included residential complexes, commercial complexes and multiplexes, the release added.
