Prajay launches mega township project

Hyderabad, Jun 5 (UNI) Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited, a leading player in construction and hotel industry, has launched 'Prajay Harbour City,' a mega township project, at a capital outlay of Rs 550 million at Vishakapatnam.

The project was expected to yield Rs 1,260 million in revenue and Rs 515 million in profits and eligible for exemption under Income Tax Act, a company release here today said.The project was expected to be completed in 24 months.

''People in cities like Vizag are increasingly aspiring for a better quality life. As part of our commitment to improve lifestyle, we have launched Harbour city. It is one of our most ambitious projects and reflects our conscious strategy to extend our presence to Tier II cities where a large part of the potential is still unrealised,'' Mr Ravinder Reddy, Director, Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited said.

Prajay Harbour City' will be spread across an area of 149 acre and comprise 1,044 independent houses. It will be amongst the premium townships in India with all modern amenities resulting in internationally comparable living standards for the residents, it claimed.
