Prajay Eng to set up Rs 55 cr harbour city project at Vizag

Mumbai, June 5 (UNI) Construction company Prajay Engineers Syndicate has launched 'Prajay Harbour City' mega township project with a capital outlay estimated at Rs 55 crore at Vishakhapatnam (Vizag).

Announcing this, the company's release said 'Prajay Harbour City', a large format integrated township at Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, is expected to be completed over the next 24 months. The project is expected to yield Rs 126 crore in revenue and Rs 51.5 crore in profits, which will be eligible for exemption under section 80 IB of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

The project will be spread across an area of 149 acres and comprise 1,044 independent houses. The built up area of these houses will range from 950 square feet to 1,450 square feet, equipped with all modern amenities for the convenience of discerning residents. The project will have a saleable area of 1.3 million square feet apart from clubhouse and other common amenities for resident.
