Homeguard caught delivering opium in Jodhpur
Jodhpur, June 5 (UNI) A homeguard was caught at the Jodhpur Central Jail, allegedly delivering opium packets for the undertrials there.
The homegurad named Jugal Kishore was caught yesterday when he was entering the jail premises. Three packets containing 72 gms of opium were found from his possession. He is supposed to be acting as a delivery man for some other convicts.
A case has been registered under the Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act against the accused at Udaimandir thana here.
