Hausmann products launched in Nepal

New Delhi, Jun 5 (UNI) Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd, a leading Indian electrical switchgear and lighting equipment manufacturer today launched its Hausmann range of electrical products in Nepal with Golchaa Industries as its distribution partner.

''Having been present in Europe and Middle East market we were keenly looking at our neighbouring markets such as Nepal which have immense potential. We are targeting delivery of over Rs 200 million worth of Hausmann products during the first year of operations. We expect to be the market leaders in Nepal within two years,''Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd CMD VP Mahendru said.

Meanwhile, the company's shareholders have authorised the board of Directors to create, offer, issue and allot up to 7,50,000 Zero Coupon warrant, each warrant convertible into one equity share of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 160 inclusive of premium on preferential basis to the promoters of the company.
