Govt announced hike in DA for govt staff

Hyderabad, Jun 5 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government today announced a hike in Dearness Allowance (DA) for government employees.

An official release said the DA will be increased by 2.826 per cent. The hike will have retrospective effect from January one this year.

While cash payment will be made for hiked DA along with salary for June, the DA dues from January to May this year will be credited to the Employees Provident Fund account.
