Farmers to get Kharif crop loans at 6 pc interest: Kadam

Sangli, Maharashtra, Jun 5 (UNI) Maharashtra Cooperation Minister Patangrao Kadam today said farmers would be provided crop loans, for the Kharif season, up to Rs three lakh at six per cent interest.

Talking to reporters here Mr Kadam said the decision has been implemented with effect from April 1.

State Government officials will visit each village to complete the formalities in conjunction with the grampanchayats, he said.
