Calsoft net profits up by 40 pc, dividend of Rs 1

New Delhi, June 5: California Software Company Ltd (Calsoft) today registered a 40 per cent increase in its net profit during the year at Rs 4.70 crore as compared to Rs 3.35 crore, recommending a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share.

The company's total revenue grew by 136 per cent at Rs 115.44 crore as compared to Rs 48.86 crore.

The Earnings Per Share (EPS) increased to Rs 9.58 per share as against Rs 7.05, an improvement of 36 per cent over last year.

Calsoft is a public limited company with over 780 employees. The group has development centers in Chennai and Bangalore in India and Pleasanton (California), Alameda (California), Boston and Omaha in the US.
