ASI, 6 constables suspended for laxity

Basti, June 5 (UNI) An assistant sub-inspector (ASI) and six constables were today suspended for dereliction of duty here.

Superintendent of Police R P Chaturvedi said ASI Ram Dayal and constables Indra Bahadur Singh, Hiralal, Hari Prasad Sahni, Rajiv Kumar, Gyan Chandra and Krishna Mohan Shukla were suspended and a departmental inquiry instituted against them.
