3 Nigerians sent to 10-day PC, Rahul Mahajan could be made accused
New Delhi, Jun 5 (UNI) A city court today remanded three Nigerians, arrested last night in connection with Rahul Mahajan 'drug over dose' case, to police custody for ten days.
Metropolitan Magisterate A K Chaturvedi ordered Ebiram Gouchukwo, James Tiabu and Abdullah to police custody till June 14 after police sought their custody for further interrogation that could be crucial to investigations in the case.
The three Nigerians are in their 30s.
On been asked by the court whether the police would also make Rahul an accused in the case registered under the NDPS Act, Investigating Officer S Singh said it was possible.
Yesterday, the court had sent Sahil Zaroo to eight-day police custody till June 12.
