Thirteen Burmese held trying to cross into Pok

Jammu, June 4 (UNI) The army has arrested thirteen Burmese nationals Basantar area of Samba town when they were trying to cross over from to Pakistan, an official spokesperson said.

The attempt was foiled, last evening, when the exfiltrators under the cover of darkness were about to cross the border, added the spokesperson.

They were arrested by the 6 JAK Rifles at the border, he said.

The arrested had been identified as Farooq Ahmed, Mohd Kamal, Abdul Kalam, Mohd Jahangir, Rafiq Ahmed, Mohd Batool, Mohd Yunus, Mohd Rafiq, Mohd Saresh, Mir Qasim and Naval Alam.
