'Taj Mahal' still going strong in Pakistan

Mumbai, June 4 (UNI) Contrary to reports of Akbar Khan's 'Taj Mahal- An Eternal Love Story' not having done well at the Pakistan box-office, the film is running to packed houses in three of the country's theatres in its 5th week.

''Taj Mahal has done record business at the Capri and Cineplex cinemas in Karachi and the Sozoworld theatre complex in Lahore,'' informed its Pakistan distributor Satish Anand of Eveready Pictures who was in Mumbai recently.

''It has not only seen box-office success, but has also been instrumental in the return of bulk audiences in theatres here, which is a very good sign for Indian films in future,'' he added.
