Congress MP Rahul Gandhi to visit Singapore

Singapore, June 4: Congress Party MP Rahul Gandhi is arriving here tomorrow on the invitation of Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew.

During his stay, Mr Gandhi will meet with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo, Minister for Education Tharman Shanmugaratnam and a group of Singapore MPs, Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs said today.

Mr Gandhi will also visit various government agencies and business enterprises including Changi Airport, the Singapore Management University, Biopolis, the Singapore National Eye Centre, the Port of Singapore Authority, Singapore Airlines, Keppel Corporation, Creative Technologies and SingTel.

He will also attend an interactive session co-hosted by the Institute of South Asian Studies and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
