'Opera Queen' claims Chief Minister's Cup

Bangalore, June 4 (UNI) Unfancied "Opera Queen" ridden by C Alford won the Chief Minister's Cup (Grade III) the main event of races held today.

The winner is trained by M Eshwar and owned by Mr and Mrs Shapoor P Mistry representing Manjri Stud Farm Ltd.

Jockey C Alford rode a double. Three favourites obliged in a card of eight events.
