Maoists set fire to a camp

Mohabubnagar, June 4 (UNI) Maoists destroyed a ration card camp organised for the registration of ration cards at Komatikunta village of Lingala Mandal in Mehabubnagar district.

According to police, two armed men of Pangal Dalam Group entered the camp at a Primary School last night and poured kerosene on five computers, printer, digital cameras, lamination machine and set then ablaze.

The men left a note warning the local political parties against participating in the ensuing elections to the local bodies, the police added.
