Karunanidhi to meet President, PM and Sonia tomorrow

New Delhi, Jun 4 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi will meet President A P J Abdul Kalam, Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh tomorrow.

The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, who is arriving here this evening for the first time after taking over the office, during his two-days stay in the national capital will meet Ms Gandhi tomorrow morning at her 10, Janpath residence and Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde at 1230 hours.

In the evening he will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at his official residence. He will receive Minister for Petroleum Murli Deora at Tamil Nadu House.

Mr Karunanidhi will call on President A P J Abdul Kalam at Rashtrapati Bhawan.

On Tuesday, the DMK chief will meet Planning Commission Deputy Chairperson Montek Singh Ahluwalia at Yojana Bhawan for 45 minutes former Prime Minister V P Singh and CPI-M leader Harkishan Singh Surjeet before leaving back for Chennai at 1615 hours.
