Mahajan case: No arrest yet, look out for Sahil
New Delhi, June 3: The city police has so far not arrested anyone in connection with the death of late Pramod Mahajan's Secretary Bibek Moitra and the BJP leader's son Rahul taking seriously ill early yesterday.
No arrests had been made in the case, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Manish Agarwal today said, though adding that Delhi Police was interrogating the three men, Rahul, Tishay and Karan, who surrendered late last night and who along with another, Sahil, spent the night together on June 1 at Pramod Mahajan's official residence in Central Delhi.
They were being questioned to establish the facts and build the correct sequence of events, he added.
The police was making efforts to trace Sahil, who has residences both in the national capital and Mumbai.
Without saying whether any team had been sent to Mumbai, Mr Agarwal said they were in touch with Mumbai Police and everything required was being done.
The CFSL report to establish the nature of 'white powder' was still awaited, he added.
Police would decide the future course of action only after all the reports, including Bibek's post mortem reports, were in, the ADCP said.
