Indian man kills sister-in-law

Dubai, June 3 (UNI) An Indian man allegedly killed his brother's wife to end a dispute between his wife and sister-in-law.

Anees Al-Rahman, was arrested two hours after the incident, and admitted to the killing of 25-year-old Bibi Zahrah Abdul Qader, the Arabic-language daily Okaz reported.

The incident came as a shock for the Indian expatriate community in the Saudi city of Jeddah.

Al-Rahman's 11-year-old son, Hayat, apparently witnessed the crime, which his father said he did not regret committing, the report said.

Police took the victim's husband Abdul Qader into custody in order to prevent a revenge attack, Okaz reported.
