Cricket-Sri Lanka take two-run lead
NOTTINGHAM, England, June 3 (Reuters) Sri Lanka dismissed England for 229 to secure a two run first-innings lead on the second day of the third and final test today.
Paul Collingwood top-scored for the home side with 48 runs as the ball continued to dominate the bat at Trent Bridge.
England, resuming on 53 for two after dismissing the touring side for 231 on the opening day, collapsed to 118 for five before Collingwood helped to salvage the innings.
England, who were bowled out in the final session, lead the series 1-0. Muttiah Muralitharan took three for 62 off 31 overs.
