Bail petition of BPSC scam accused rejected
Patna, Jun 3 (UNI) Special vigilance judge of Patna Ramniwas Prasad today rejected the regular bail petition of an information officer cum liberarian of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Sanjiv Kumar.
The case was related to irregularities committed in Bihar Administrative Services (Limited) competitive examination 2003.
Meanwhile, the designated judge Mr Prasad also rejected the anticipatory bail petition of a former section officer of animal husbandary department of Bihar Mahangu Lal Azad.
According to the FIR, act of cheating and forgery were reported in employment of casual labourers as regular fourth grade employees in the department from 2003 to 2005.
