2 drug peddlars arrested with smack

Hardoi, June 3 (UNI) Police have arrested two wanted drug peddlars possessing 60 smack satchets in the district.

Anup Lahri alias Guddu and Ram Sahai were arrested from Kotwali area last night in separate raids conducted by the police.

The psychotropic substance was recovered from their possession.

In another incident, a wanted criminal Virendra was arrested in Pihani area. He was a notorious 'zeharkhuran' (drug-and-rob gang member) and had several cases registered against him.
