2 deaths in road accident leads to arson

Etawah, June 3 (UNI) An irate mob indulged in arson setting afire two buses and damaging 12 other vehicles following the death of two youth in a road accident in Civil Lines area here today.

Two motorcyclists -- Sushil (18) and Rakesh (22) -- died on the spot when they were hit head-on by a mini-bus.

An irate mob indulged in arson and pelted stones on passing vehicles to protest the incident, Additional Police Superintendent K B Singh told UNI.

However, police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control, he added.
