St John's, Antigua, Jun 1 (UNI) The humiliating 1-4 loss in the recent ODI series against the West Indies notwithstanding, Indian skipper Rahul Dravid says the time is ripe to set the things right by winning the Test series after 35 years here.

India last won a series in the Caribbean when Ajit Wadekar's boys downed the West Indian might (1-0) in 1971.

''We have the weight of history behind us. No one in the team was even born when India won the last series here. It's a big challenge for us,'' Dravid said.

On horribly-out-of-form Irfan Pathan, Dravid said left-arm seamer was a key member of the side and would perform well here.

''He performs dual role of batsman and bowler, he is very important for us. He will get enough time in Test match to settle down to a nice rhythm,'' said Dravid.

Meanwhile, West Indies captain Brian Lara is all set to return to one of his favourite grounds -- Antigua Receration Ground -- confident that his team can produce a winning result here.

''This is a vert good ground for me and the team. I am looking forward to the first Test. Many matches here have been drawn but those were close ones. We need to pull one up here and produce result,'' said Lara.

Lara also said the wicket looked to assist seamers but his team might play a spinner as well in the attack.

''Any balance attack will have a very good spinner. The way the pitches have been here, we may play a spinner,'' said Lara.

Lara also said Shivnarine Chanderpaul, who was nursing Hamstring pull had recovered well and, in all likelihood, would play in th first match.
