Lexus Motors declared No 1Tata Motors dealer

Kolkata, Jun 01: Lexus Motors here has achieved the number one position amongst all Tata Motors dealers in the country for having sold the maximum number of its best-selling MUVs, the Victa and Sumo, in 2005-06.

Lexus Motors sold 1150 Victas and Sumos, a full 15 per cent higher than that recorded by Wasan Motors, Mumbai. This year's achievement was a repeat of the 2004 laurels, when Lexus was similarly adjudged as number one by Tata Motors.

Announcing this, Mr Binod Agarwal, Managing Director, Lexus Motors Ltd, today said this feather in the cap was yet another recognition, both by the company as well the discerning buyers of today.

Mr Agarwal attributed this superb performance to the extremely strong customer connect and franchise built over years of dedicated effort.
