InfoVision Group to ramp up employee count

Chennai, Jun 1 (UNI) In a bid to strengthen its domestic operations, leading customer relationship management (CRM) services provider InfoVision Group today announced it will take its headcount to 1,000 by March next year.

According to a company release here today, InfoVision Group currently had 600 employees on its rolls at the Chennai centre.

This will be ramped up to 1,000.

The group offered CRM services, including customer interaction centres, direct marketing, loyalty and fulfilment programmes.

It has clients from diverse verticals like retail, telecom, entertainment, IT, electronic goods, banking and insurance.

InfoVision plans to foray into healthcare also, it added.
