Rupee reference rate fixed at 46.43/USD

Mumbai, May 31 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 46.43 per US dollar, down by 24 paise from the previous rate of 46.19, an official spokesperson here said.
