CPM leader's body cremated

Coimbatore, May 31 (UNI) The body of Veteran CPI (M) Leader K Ramani was consigned to flames at the electric crematorium in Papanaickapalayam here this evening.

CPI (M) State Secretary N Varadarajan led the thousands of party cadre in paying homage to the departed leader.

Mr Ramani died here last night after prolonged illness.
