Bharat Forge's ED Amit Kalyani joins KPIT Cummins Board

Mumbai, May 31 (UNI) KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd, a global IT consulting organisation, has announced the appointment of Mr Amit B Kalyani as a Director on the Board of the company.

The company said in a release issued here today, a resolution to this effect was passed at a Board meeting held in Pune yesterday.

''With an extensive experience in auto and auto components, Amit brings a wealth of experience to the Board of KPIT Cummins,'' the company's CEO and Managing Director Kishor Patil said.

At Kalyani Steels Ltd he was deputed to Carpenter Technology Corporation, USA for technical training and to oversee technology transfer to the newly formed joint venture, Kalyani Carpenter Special Steels Limited, the release added.
