24/7 customer partners with AP for talent grooming

Bangalore, May 31 (UNI) 24/7 Customer, world's first offshore-based, integrated Customer Lifecycle Management services provider to Global 1000 companies, today launched an innovative education program called '24/7 Varsity,' in association with the Department of IT and Communications, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

'24/7 Varsity' was a first of its kind initiative in the BPO industry, the company said in a release here.

The launch of 'Train the Trainer', a key learning programme marked the inauguration of the varsity. The learning programme had been designed for lecturers and professors of educational institutions to educate and enhance the talent of their students and equip them with skills required to leverage career opportunities in the BPO industry, the release added.
