SMS hate campaign against Aamir in Gujarat

Ahmedabad, May 30 (UNI) After imposing a ban on his film ''Fanaa'', Aamir Khan's detractors here have now launched a hate campaign against the Bollywood star through SMS.

The SMS urges ''the five-crore people of Gujarat'' to join the anti-Aamir campaign since he is ''anti-Narmada and selfish''.

The origin of the SMS is unknown but its sender claims to be a ''Swabhimani Indian''.

While questioning Aamir Khan's concern for the Narmada Bachao Andolan's cause, the SMS even dwells upon the actor's private life.

The SMS sender, while doubting the actor's ''real intentions'', flays Aamir Khan for not extending help to the earthquake-affected people of Kutch where his Oscar-nominated film ''Lagaan'' was shot.
