Forest official murdered in Jharkhand
Garhwa, May 30 (UNI) Assistant conservator of forest of Garhwa social forestery division in Jharkhand Manoharlal Rana was found dead in his official residence here under mysterious circumstances.
Police said Mr Rana's body, having deep cut wounds in the neck, was recovered from his residence.
He had joined the Garhwa division office six months back and was an undisputed figure.
A case has been registered. The body, after postmortem, was sent to the native village of the deceased in Bhojpur district of neighbouring Bihar.
