3 killed in train accident

Balrampur, May 30 (UNI) Three people, including two brothers, were killed and another was injured when Kapilvastu Express rammed into a tractor-trolley at an unmanned railway crossing, near Pachpedwa railway station, here today.

Police Superintendent Prakash Tripathi said the incident occurred when the Gorakhpur-bound Kapilvastu Express was coming from Gonda.

The deceased were identified as Lavkush, his brother Fakiro and Prahlad. Rajesh, who was injured, had been admitted to hospital, police added.

Investigations were on.
