Jalandhar, May 29 (UNI) Summary of Evidence (SOE) proceedings against two army officers in a case of alleged victimisation and harassment of a woman officer are underway, official sources said here today.

As part of preliminary internal inquiry, the summary of evidence procedings against Col D Mitra and Major Nowhar of an Air Defence regiment in the above case was on, they said.

If a prima facie case exists against the officers, then they will face a general court martial (GCM), the sources added.

The two officers are facing allegations of harassing and victimising of a junior lady officer.
