Rajnath voices support for Telangana
New Delhi, May 29 (UNI) BJP President Rajnath Singh today referred to the promises made by the Congress and Telangana Rashtra Samiti parties on carving a Telangana state from Andhra Pradesh and said after two years, both had put the issue in cold storage.
In his presidential remarks at the party National Executive, Mr Singh said he had visited Andhra Pradesh recently to review the Telangana developments and it was after consultations that then he had annouced the party's support for the creation of the new state.
