Malaysian Airlines wins Reader's Digest award
New Delhi, May 29 (UNI) Malaysia Airlines has received the Reader's Digest Trusted Brand Platinum Award 2006.
''We are now moving into a leisure focused and business interested customer base,'' said airline's managing director Idris Jala. ''Moving forward, we will continue upgrading our service offering, end-to-end, and enhanced product offers to customers to remain their trusted airline brand in Malaysia and globally.'' The award was given by Malaysian deputy minister of international trade and industry Lip Yong at a ceremony held recently in Kuala Lumpur.
Consumers were asked to rate the brands on six qualitative criteria which includes trustworthiness, credible image, quality, value, understanding of customer's needs and innovation.
Reader's Digest is well renowned international magazine with large readership base world-over.
