Three killed as bus rams into truck

Hubli, May 28 (UNI) Three people, were killed and 35 injured when a State-owned bus rammed into a stationary truck near Bhadrapur village, about 20 km from here, today.

Police sources said the mishap occurred when the bus, which was on its way to Dandeli from Shaktinagar, hit the manganese ore-laden truck.

The injured were admitted to the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences here. The condition of four people was stated to be serious.

The deceased were identified as Narasimhgoudra (50), Siddalingaiah Gugrimath (23) and Doddamma Madar (40).
