Marathwada receives pre-monsoon showers

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, May 27 (UNI) Pre-monsoon showers accompanied by gusty winds lashed many parts of Marathwada region, relieving residents of the scorching summer heat.

The city recorded 83.3 mm rainfall till last midnight.

Many low lying areas were inundated with the pre-monsoon showers.

However, no loss of life or property was reported from any part of the region.
