US condemns terrorist attack on tourists in J

New Delhi, May 26 (UNI) The United State today condemned the killing of tourists by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday and said that it would do all it can to help Indian government bring those responsible to justice.

''The murders of innocent tourists by terrorists is a senseless and brutal crime. The embassy will do all it can to help the government of India bring those responsible to justice,'' charged 'Affaires Robert O Blake said, in a statement here.

At the same time, the Embassy applauded the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's constructive support for participatory democracy, dialogue and respect for human rights during his visit to Srinagar.
