TDPK stage demo supporting OBC reservation

Pondicherry, May 26 (UNI) Activists of the Pondicherry unit of the Thanthai Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam (TDPK) today held demonstration in front of the JIPMER hospital in support of the 27 per cent reservation for OBCs in higher education.

The protestors led by TPDK president Logu Iyyappan urged the Centre to immediately implement the reservation.

They also condemned the forces opposing the reservation.
