SSA Global appoints new MD for Indian operations

New Delhi, May 26 (UNI) SSA Global, enterprise business software and services provider, today appointed Mr Thiru Vengadam as the Managing Director for SSA Global India.

Mr Vengadam will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SSA Global's operations in the country with direct responsibility for planning and execution of effective strategies for marketing, sales, channels, alliances, services, customer satisfaction and organisational development.

''I plan to use my experience in enterprise software companies to grow market share for SSA ERP and SSA SCM. My knowledge of banking, finance, and telecommunications will put me in good standing as we launch SSA CRM into the Indian marketplace,'' Mr Vengadam said.

He has an 18-year experience in the IT Industry and was earlier the director of Enterprise Solutions Strategy for the Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business of Tata Consulting Services (TCS).

He has also worked with PeopleSoft India, Digital Equipment and SAP India.
