Microsoft launches Windows XP Starter Edition

Dehra Dun, May 26: Mocrosoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd today launched its 'Windows XP Starter Edition for India', in Uttaranchal.

Launching the product in state capital Dehra Dun, Microsoft India Windows Client Business Group Director Rishi Srivastava said, ''The edition include a Hindi and an English language interface, allowing users to easily switch between the two alternatives.'' Hoping for a good response for the product Mr Srivastava said, ''It has been specially designed for first time PC users, looking for a simple, easy-to-use and localised system, to provide extensive user training and support at reasonale price.''
