Kolkata medicos continue strike

Kolkata, May 26(UNI) The strike by junior doctors in West Bengal's seven medical colleges continued for the third day crippling health services.

The strike was called in five medical and two dental medical college and hospitals, except in the emergency, to protest against the Centre's decision of increasing the OBC quota for reservation in higher medical institutions.

Meanwhile, medicos of Bardhaman and Bankura Medical College and Hospitals continued their relay hunger strike for the fourth day.
