Mumbai, May 26 (UNI) IL&FS Investsmart Ltd has acquired 100 per cent stake in M/s Tajir Investment&Properties Ltd, Mumbai on a 'going concern' basis for an undisclosed sum.

Informing the BSE, the company said that the Tajir Investment is a non-banking financial company (NBFC).
