Hasbro on expansion mode

Kozhikode, May 26 (UNI) Leading international fashion house Hasbro today said it would open three more exclusive stores in Kerala by next year as part of its expansion programme.

Announcing the inauguration of store for men's fashion brands -- 'Genesis' and 'Basics'-- here, Hasbro Director Suhail Sattar said the company will open another outlet in the city and two more in other parts of the state by 2007.

He said the tremendous response from its existing showrooms at Thrissur, Cochin and Tellichery encouraged them to go for expansion in the state.

The Rs 50 crore entity, which registered a 70 growth consecutively for the last five years, has presence in Sri Lanka and the Middle East, apart from India, he added.
