Ganja worth Rs60 lakhs seized

Diphu, May 26 (UNI) A truck carrying ganja worth Rs 60 lakh was seized at Khatkhati in the Asom-Nagaland border late last night.

Police today said the truck, carrying the ganja, was coming from Imphal and proceeding towards North Bengal.

The total weight of ganja was around 30 quintals. Asish Biswas(30) and Nepal Sheikh (23), both from West Bengal, have been arrested, sources added.
